Player leave message?

Hi, I'm new here.
I was wondering if you guys could help me out. I tried searching the forum but I keep getting an error with my browser.
I was wondering if you guys could give me the exact details on how to make it so when a player leaves the game a message will come on saying "Player's Name has left the game" and also giving all his units control to his team? Thanks a lot for your help.
