Anyways, i would wish for some better shots of the model. Otherwise its a nice idea.

Thanks for all the great compliments... from most of you. And it also says its not done... hence work in progress. But I won't worry about people who dont know how to give proper criticism. Anybody have any ideas of ways to improve/finish it? I'm not sure what to do with certain parts, any ideas?

Very nice, and an origional concept. My one qualm: The hair doesn't look quite as good as it could do, because it's dark. I think it'd look far better if the hair was more brown, matching the body.
Have you considered making the wings gaunt and skeletal? Dry and bony'd look quite good, of course it'd depend how you pulled it off. I see this as a demon that inhabits the desert, so skeletal wings would look quite nice.

Well one, its a WIP, so I haven't even gotten to the hair yet. Just the face and upper body. And I wasn't necesarily going for desert, but I'll try with the wings. I was actually thinking of black hair for him eventually. Maybe with a little grey.

maybe add some chest and arm hair, not a heavy coat but light hair..

Actually, my Rune Satyr is based off of that picture. But I might add some to the minotaur.
