Necrons AOS, look here!

Ok this is for my AOS like map ;) its just not done yet so comments would be most welcome ;) and as a little extra il show you two of the heroes i made for the map ;P enjoy and comment xD and im so sorry if im in the wrong forum, but i want comments on the terrain to, if this is supposed to be in another forum, pls move it

First off, i wouldn't name the lunar disciple, lunar dispicle, it and the terrain make it seem like a TOB rip off, so you may want to change the disicples name.

Also, don't take SS at that angle for an AoS when ur going to be viewing it from a 70 degree angle.


Also, to make bridges level with the ground and not floating, select them and do, ctrl + pg up/down.

The witch hunter is also in the Terrors Threshold AoS map, he has minions that follow him around and set people on fire. ^_^

The terrain seems nice but I would advise against the sunken ruins too, as ToB has claimed that as its own sorta.

Its easy to swap, just go to advanced--->modify tileset, and then advanced----> Replace Doodads.

Try it out with many differen tilesets and find the best!

(as terrain dosnt make a HUGE difference in an aos, but the tileset does.)

oh christ, i havent tryed the last aos u said, the terror threshold, so the witch hunter was something i skinned, (got the name from a friend) but anyway, hmm il fin a new name for the diciple. and il change the tilesets then,so it wont look like tob,its more than half as small as eternal conflict, still havent tried the terror threshold map, so i cant say anything about that. ty.. i tried to go into we and , advanced - modify tileset - use custom tileset then ok, nothing happened, and some of the unbuildable tiles cant be swapped

No, go to advanced, in the 2nd section down, is replace doodads, tiles, cliff type etc. thats what you want.

the terrain is alright, there could be more going on but it still looks good the way it is, you just gotta add more doodads. Also, I don't know if you want it like this but you should put a sky on there. (by pushing 'k' ;))

and btw i found the advanced 2 section. but when i try to exchange the cliff types, i take , current cliff type = sunken ruins - ruins wall, and the one i want to exchange below, the only option i have then is dirt cliff :(

Because it can only swap between the different cliffs you have for the tileset you are using. If your base tileset is sunken ruins, you will only have ruins wall and dirt cliff. If your base tileset is barrens, you will have dirt cliff and grass cliff.

ye, but can i swap tilesets? like from s.ruins to f.eks village

I think you should add a Solar Initiate hero.
