My Hero wont level up?

I got this malee map and i decided to play it for a while so i boosted the maximum hero level to 100. However, i placed Cairne Bloodhoof, from the expansion on my orc team, but he wont level up after level 5? I tryed the same thing with Rokhan and it and no problems. whats wrong?

Wrong forum for this. Anyway, on the main part of the World Editor, go to Advanced -> Gameplay constants. Click the creep reduction table, it should have numbers like, 100, 90, 80, 50, 0.
Just delete the 0 at the end, or delete every number except the 100.
