Help with wings and othor stuff

ok i need help with wings modleing program and some othor stuff.first off all i have a question is it just me or does it it bend when you move it.Then how are you able to skin the modles.and when you tweak is it posible to make it make some thing else besides a spike type thing o and how are you able to import a wings modle?? :( :(

any one going to answer me i really need to know this
