Im sure your familiar with the "Select Hero" ability that shops have...well If you gives this ability to a hero then any player who has a unit near the hero can MAKE THE HERO do the following: Run over to and pick up an item Use, move or drop and item in the inventory (or give it to anoter hero or unit with a backpack) Learn a skill (with sufficient skill points) Use a hero or unit skil Im using this to make a pretty cool two-headed ogre map just thought people would like to know....but you proboblay did already...im such a noob..... |

Well i was trying to give heros in my open rpg the ability to sell items to each other that contain a fraction of each others skills at certain levels. For example at level 3 the wizard can sell a Wizard Gem 1: Whic acts like a skillbook and contains the firebolt spell....ect ect Thats when i noticed that the other heroes could directly control each others skill and inventories aswell as buying the items. |

yeah, its a thing with select hero ability. What it does is allow anyone to control that unit if its been "activated" It happened in RoC too, but you didnt need to "activate" the shop to do it. I havnt done any testing so i dont know if you still need to activate it. |
