A shadow? You forgot to add an opaque alpha channel to the skin. Without one, the models using the skin are invisible. |

Well, save the skin file as .jpg. Use Warcraft 3 Viewer to convert to .blp. Go to convert, jpg to .blp and convert, it'll ask you if you want to add an opaque alpha channel, click yes. Or ues photoshop to add a new channel, set it to an alpha channel and paint it solid white. |

After you import it, you have to change the custom filepath to be exactly like the original DK model, so it will replace it in your map. |

Stop using JPG format. Use TGA, it preserves more quality when the level is reduced in Image Viewer. Also, export the skin in 32-bit compression level in your image editor. Flatten the layers, export as TGA, choose compression level as 32-bit. |
