i can't use theWalk animation

i am trying to recreate walking but so far its been futile because the Walk animation just won't play, look at this simple function and please tell me why the walk animation just won't play!

Code:

First you said the Walk anim won't play, then at the end you said stand wouldn't play.. which is it?

....walk, its always walk that wouldn't play

I think you can't use the walk animation while standing because standing always overrides and cancels the walk animation again.

your only choose is mdl editing actually
