Man, I'm terrible with crits . . . oh, well

I'll start with the face. It is the best part of the page, in my opinion, but the nose seems to be a little farther up from where it should be. From what meager art lessons I've had, I know that the nose "officially" starts on the same horizontal line as the eyes, and ends at the midpoint between that line and the chin. I like the curves on the ears, but if this is a Warcraft elf, they might need to be bigger. On the eyes, what I first took to be bushy eyebrows I now understand to be flames of energy. I would give a little more "curve" to these flame-lines, and lightly shade the edge and tips. Slightly fewer flame-tips would also help a little. I would also recommend eyebrows - they are a great way to express what the character is feeling/thinking. My last note would be on the scarf - give perhaps a subtle indication of where the face lies beneath it, and bunch it up a little more around the neck-line.

As for the body shots, I'd start by suggesting you presketch the posee, and then draw the clothes onto the body with a pen. But I assume you couldn't (or didn't care enough), which is fine.
WARNING: I am judging the proportions on the assumption that this is a demonic elf.
The first thing I'll point out, and probably something you've noticed as well, is how the head tends to very in proportion to the body, being either too big or too small. I'm told that the correct, proportionate human is seven times the height of his head (6 1/2 for women). Likewise, your hands/arms also seem to vary in proportion - a human being, standing stand with his arms down, typically finds that his/her fingers touch the midpoint of his/her thigh. You're also trying to hard to get every finger in view - think about the hands position before worrying about how many digits it has. On the lower left drawing, the hand holding the fireball is reversed - the thumb should be on the far side of the viewer (towards the back).
When there is no wind, flames tend to gather in a shape similar to an isoceles triange, with smaller flames flickering in and about - see the part about his eyes for a little more on drwaing fire. The ears on the lower right drawing resemble horns, but I'm guessing that was intentional.
As a final note on the upper drawing, the axe almost looks like it was made of cloth. I don't know why.

Sorry if I pushed things to hard, I was simply trying to be more helpful than normal. Hopefully, someone with greater skill at instruction will stop by here and actually tell you HOW to fix the small problems.
