Finding out which item the ID is

I need helping trying to find out what item the ID is refering to in a custom text trigger. Like say it the item is 100A or something how would I figure out which item it is? This is from like a custom item and I don't know which custom item it is. Making a trigger using each of the items and converting them to custom text would take forever. Is there any easier way?

In the object editor, click View, and then click on Display objects as Raw Data, or something similar to that
