Pitch and Roll? Whazzis?

In a short period of time, I've seen the term "Pitch and Roll" be used quite frequently. Now what's all this about? I can't seem to find it in WE..

It's an Art - Maximum Pitch/Roll option in the Editor for doodads. It lets the doodad be at the same angle the terrain below it is.

ive got a question about this. am i the only one who has to set the pitch and roll angles to 0.50 to get them to tilt to 50 degrees. 0.15 for 15 degrees, ect ect?
