Helloooo... is there any way i can make heroes spawn ghosts on death? that is, upon death, i want heroes to go into ethereal form, but still retain all mana and go back to full health. any way to acheive that? via slk modding? cheers, 'tek |

You could just cast banish on them and make them invulnerable. |

ITS th15 *faints* I LOVE YOU!!!!! I loved your zulu angel map it was entertaining are you working on it and do you know that map that you can be the bugs i tried it at your site but it wont download just shows a whole lot of fucking weird symbols fix it please i want it!!! |

well.. what i was thinking... firstly, all my modding work has to be done with slk/data modification. there'll be NO triggers - mainly because i really don't want to go through all the melee maps and add my triggers into them. it's a TC, not just a campaign. err... in view of that, there's no real way i can "define" a graveyard using slk - unless there's some kind of "instant revive upon death" ability that i can mod, and change a building for each race to be defined as a graveyard... but that kinda ends up in implications for the logic of the storyline of the TC [yes. really. elven heroes rise from the dead :S] so... err.. :S i was thinking... i could modify Asod [spawn skeleton on death] to spawn a new unit [i.e. modify the skeleton] to a generic hero unit with Ethereal ability [like morphed tauren]. but then... how do we kill this unit when the hero is revived? or do we disable reviving all together? *deepthought* - any suggestions? cheers, 'tek |
