Thats what the map devolpment forum is for.
Skull suggested looking at this forum for the right reasons. There are many useful code snippits like my Diabloesque stat distributer and Superiki's Dialog Engine.

Also even if you fallowed the link there really should be no reason to have not read the title of the forum.
Trigger and utility Repository
Now I'll assume everyone knows what a trigger is, or else well maybe you really need to check that help manual...
But lets move on to the other Key terms.
Utility(y-tl-t)-A useful, complete article or device.
Thats not even the big scary word, but it should clue you in. Would you consider a question to be an article or a device which carries the attirbute of useful...Probably not. Also you'll note the word complete in the defintion you clearly wouldn't be posting broken code which doesn't, as that isn't complete nor is it particularly useful.
Next WORD!
re·pos·i·to·ry ( P ) Pronunciation Key (r-pz-tôr, -tr)
n. pl. re·pos·i·to·ries
A place where things may be put for safekeeping.
A warehouse.
A museum.
A burial vault; a tomb.
One that contains or is a store of something specified: “Bone marrow is also the repository for some leukemias and lymphomas” (Seth Rolbein).
One who is entrusted with secrets or confidential information.

Well This means its suppose to hold stuff it seems. A specific place to spore it, and ofcourse it is a bank of information. No where does Ask a question/post broken code seem to even be used in this.

Now Lets look at the much more general MAP DEVELOPMENT FORUM.
Map-Well If you don't know what a map is you clearly don't play much war3...
Development- the act of improveing the quality of an item.
Now hmm I guess asking a question in this forum would help you improve the quality of your map, and posting the broken code and getting it fixed would work too.

IN SHORT: THIS IS NOT THE FORUM FOR QUESTIONS, Sorry for going technical.

Oh and I also forgot to mention that I'm sorry if english is not your primary language, which in this case I suppose such a mistake is okay, but as the majority of these violations are done by Americans...

Theres already a sticky for this called Defination of a Repository, I merely made it a "live" post as people ussually read live posts.
