Geoset merge problem, help?

Well, i have tried to put elvem ears to Medivh's model with geoset merge. When I saw him with Warcraft Viewer it seems good, the ears where in the right position and moved rightfully. But in game the ears doesn't appear, can somebody help me?

Can you post the first part of your MDL, untill the 'Materials' listing?
