3rd terrain i made

Well another pathway i like em so shuttup ^_^
I made a ashenvale type this is the lordearon summer type
I really like ashenvale the most you can do just about anything with that tilset here are the pics
i know they COULD maybe use a bit of smoothing but i lost the map for changes to it
I know in the fourth pick the green box is there it was an accident but i didnt wanna take another picture and edit it lol

im gonna say good job, but im no terrainer so i really wouldn't know if it was really good or bad.
imho it is good.

Try making something different, pathways are very easy. Time to step it up.

lol, sorry I just gotta point this out, it doesn't matter if you're a terrainer, if it appeals to you then you should be able to say good job no matter what ^_^

anyways, good job, I like it but i've seen too many of these types of scenes, as said... it is time to step it up, but good work

but u could do something more than just pathways make like a human border where u pay gold to enter some city or just another land

Beautiful terrain

you need more tile variation under the trees, id suggest mix and match tiles to make your own terrain. but going with just the basic lordearon summer tileset, id say use grass on the edges of the path, and use the dark grass more dencly as you move further into the forest from the path, add shrubs all throughout the forest, and the occational rock, perhaps somehting like a small clearing full of flowers would add somehting to the terrain over all. this is youre thrid path now, and although it looks good, paths on their own can get very boring, why not try and simple sceen. such as a travaling group of humans, or a trade route for example

Doh! i forgot to put some darker grass under the trees heh

I know i need more terrains im just thinking of something to make right now as i type O.o i was thinking like a waterfall and some people around the waterfall but im not to good at waterfalls pm me with a few suggestions

(please dont make them real challenging im not very good at terraining)
