Is there JASS that could help me?

I want to take out or hide the part of the console from the picture of the selected unit over. But from what I know about what you can and can't do that is a can't. I was wondering if I was wrong of if there is a way around it. I have tried switching it to letterbox mode and then enabling user control but you cannot tell a unit to move or select other units. If there is a way around this I would like to know and your help would be greatly appreciated. I have a feeling that changing alpha files could make it possible, but before I do that I'm trying to get around it with JASS.
