Renaming Player According to chat string

I need to know how to make it so that when a person sais something (eg: [All]Fulix:-rename Darkness)
it will change your current name to the name u typed in after "-rename"
(eg:[All]Fulix: Help me with this trigger)->([All]Darkness: Help me with this trigger.)

so plz help
