Skin Import Help!

Ok.. I drew the skin I want.. saved it as the .blp, all that stuff done...

Though now I wish to get the thing into WorldEdit.. And yes.. I have read a tutorial on here about it.. pressing hotkey f-12 is supposed to bring up the import manager?.. Er.. I press it and nothing happens..

Someone mind helping out a little?..

Do you have TFT ? There's no import manager in the ROC version of the world edit.

Nope I dont.. I never bothered getting it... How would I go about doing this in the ROC World Edit?

i dunno how to do it in ROC, but i can tell you it's pretty easy to do with TFT.
So, do bother getting it... it will save you headaches!!

WinMpq is the awnser but its easyer just getting tft ;)

Well I suppose I should get TFT then... But just for laughs.. and to kill time until I can get TFT.. How does WinMpq do this?

Ok.. well I sorta got it now.. Cept that the Demon Hunter (The unit I used as my base for skinning) has completely vanished.. and now all I see is the hero glow.. and his wristbands, no face portrait either. Though I can move him though..
