2 modeling requests using these models

1. Can someone put this Arthas model http://www.wc3sear.ch/?p=Models&ID=401 onto the Death Knight's horse?

2. Can someone put Arthas with this skin http://www.wc3sear.ch/?p=Skins&ID=1359 onto the Knight's horse?

Can someone who knows give me an estimate on how difficult this is?
