im full of questions

how do i make those animations i see everywhere of a unit doing his action with a black background? do i need a certain program? ( i have adobe image ready, and photoshop)

Use image Viewer, usualy for extracting models and skins.

You could also use a modeling program but the image veiwer would be alot easier.

Just select the race you want and then the unit you want. The model plays its animation in an animated gif.
