Gargoyle Thing

i tried to give it a forest look without adding all kinds of stuff to it
still wip i need some cnc for what to change

I think , yes it does need work, but it is a good start very woody. Change the eyes a little though! But it does look good, keep it up!

Maybe you could add some texture to the wood and veins to the leaves, but it's great allready (and if its for game purpose it wouldn't show anyway...).

About the colors : ok, when i look at those colors, i can't see anything about the character's background (like i can't see if he's a good guy or a bad guy, ...). What i'm saying is that the colors lack some identity.

...........BUT : i'm guessing you're trying to turn this unit into a sort of cameleon that could morph into a tree to hide himself. If so, then the colors are just perfect!! (and if not, well, i think you should consider it, it'd be fun)

Don't get me wrong though, i love that skin!

ps: if you go for the cameleon thing, then you should make the wings leafy, and remove team color.

and i'll make an abilty that makes it morph into a tree instead hiding it and placing a doodad.

What i meant is to use the gargoyle in stone form model. I think itd be funny to see the gargoyle morph and pretend to look like a tree, with its wings spread (in a cinematic for example, or a single player map). But you would have to reskin the other model too.

I like the cartoonish leaves better, cuz the realistic ones look like fur.

Just one thing : having team color on the "tree form" is a bit odd.

the bark seems to dark on the hchest area, but besides that gj.
