Serious Animation Help Only!

Hi all,

I need some serious help here. I did my model, animated it. However when i added skin modifier in max and added bones, only the first bone in the edit envelope list is animated in W3viewer. Eg :the list for the add bones list in the skin modifier are

Head
Neck
Spine
.....


Only the head gets animated in w3 viewer!! What am i doing wrongly? Read all tutorials but those are of simple bones and animations. However mines a little complex.

er... first thing is that the poly count is waay too high for warcraft to handle (from the looks of it)

Wc3 cant handle modifiers like skin-modifier etc (actually, about none). You have to do it like everyone else.

Yes, cut the model up in pieces then connect them seperatly to the bones. Then make sure all meshes is set to "connected" in the user property editor and it should work alright.
