Almost done

Ok! I made a new skin. Wasnt really hard, only took 1 use of 1 tool. Its spose to look like this. Well only the portrait turns out lookin like that. I dunno why mr.chieftain doesnt change :(. Help?

Maybe mr. chieftan has a seperate model for the portrait.. and thats the one you skinned.??

i dun think so! I opened the reg mdx and remapped the skin.

despite the fact that the "satanic" bmp file is used, instead of jpeg, id say that skin is really nice. its got a lot of detail but its a bit dark... gj...

hmm i got same problem. i totally fuked his head up but his portrait is still the original one... i wuz like wtf? skin was changed but portrait wusnt. whyyyyy

well thats a bit different from my problem concidering i got the portrait and not the skin but thanks for replying!

i took the original port (not from viewer) i always look at ori ports in the editor. (select unit and look at port. than put it @ custum and put .blp behind it) and so same at the import manager.
