Need New Soldier Model

O.k for a map im making, i need a marine/soldier holding a SMG with a gas mask on. The animations i need are:
Attack- shoots,
Walk- well he walks,
Stand1- he cocks his gun,
Stand2- he stretches,
Stand3- he checks how much ammo he has in his clip,
Death- he falls on the ground and drops his gun,
Spell- He Throws a Grenade

Here are the pics: Ones from counterstrike and the other is an Airsoft gun.

and you want the model for just fun to have or are you going to use it in a project...

im going to use it in a map.
