Engineering Upgrade - Possibilities

i am just thinking over the possibilities of the engineering upgrade...




you could use it as a spell for your normal unit ie.

Archmage Mastery - lvl 6

and it halves the mana cost and/or cooldown of all of his spells.



i was just thinking of other uses for it... like allowing you to switch between 2 elements of spells...


anyone else care to share some theories / used tricks using engineering upgrade?
