Weird Trigger problem

I made this map it has a good amount of triggers, when i made the map and tested it all the triggers worked fine, then i saved and closed it. the next time i opened it i added 2 triggers and tested and when the game opened, none of the triggers went, no guys appeared or anything, i checked and none of my triggers are disabled and all are set to initial on. So i have no idea of why they won't work. Help would be appreciated. :(

R u sure the triggers do not affect all the other triggers? what are the 2 triggers you put. did you save? IF you still have the problem. Pm me and send me map to look at it :\
