Did Draco forgot the name changing sticky?

Well 2 days ago I posted on the name changing sticky that I wanted to change my name to 'Arkidas' (without dots) but I am still Ultimate-demon, so did Draco maybe forgot it? I have PM'ed him but he haven't answered yet, though I PM'ed him yesterday.
