Druid of the Claw converted into Orc!

Im currently working on an Orc version of the Druid of the Claw and Im currently "stuck" I need some good advice on how to make the coat into his bare chest or an armor and same goes for backside of rope and how to make the lower part of it into some kind of skirt...

and dont worry about the skin I have a technique ready for making his skin look more "real"... same as I used on cape....

I have another version where I just left the cape and worked on the hair and such its the second :P

Can we have a screen shot? Also try to make it more orcish. As far as I can tell its a green elf.

If Your Wanting To Change The Coat To Skin Then A Good Idea Would Be To Just Erase The Coat Detail So Your Working With A Blank Chest. Then Use FreeHand To Make It Look Like Orcish Skin /w Muscle Detail.

Thanks Reaper... I will try that out and post an updated skin.

About my filters and such, I did all the skin stuff freehand and then applied blur tool to make the shading more "natural" sorry for that... Then I used Mosaic Tiles on the coat because it gave it some sweet ingame look, though Im going to delete most of the cape on his upper body, too make the orc effect.

I will post a screenshot of it when I have worked a bit more on the chest and back parts

Define the muscles more, maybe try a more orangish-greener skin tone. Also consider making the bear on his back a lil different as in like, different fur, so he doesn't look too much like dotc. Also maybe make the beard a little more rugged instead of wellgromed.
[Edit: I looked cloiser and you did have the beard rugged, but make it messy like with uneven edges and out of place colors here and there on it. And you GOTTA get rid of the big ears. Resize them PLZ!.
