Removing team colors

How do you remove team colors cuz I was working on a skin and the team color makes it look all crappy! How might I do this. :(

Go int oalpha channels edit mode and paint teamcolor parts white.

how do you go into alpha channel edit mode (I use paintshop pro 8)

Mask -> Load from alpha channel
