Guest | I surfed all the F.A.Q.s and questions other people asked. On the SLK packs, I have 2 questions. 1) If the opposing party DOES have the SLK pack installed, will it have a chance of crashing at all? 2) What is all this about SLK version compatability? If i use the 1.33 SLK pack, it wont work in 1.34? (my map that is). Because right now it seems there is no reason to use the SLK pack if it crashes even if the opposing party has it or if it wont move through the patches. Thanks in advance. Melty |

SLKs are old game files pretty much SLK shouldn't be dangerous between version. They will have to be updated when unit stats get changed. |

Guest | you must have a good version. We modders are fixing things, but sometimes we relase things while there are still some stuff we didnt notice (in this case=1.33 slk pack re1 had a test debugging file slipped in). also, slk are updated each patch, but they are actually assisting the modder / mapper for enabling hidden stuff. Only experts should use slk patches to make normal nonslk packkers |
