Do You Mean What Programs Would You Need?
Or
How Do You Basicly Skin?
or
How Do I Use The Programs To Skin?

Please Elaborate.

ok, First Decide What You Want to Edit!

Bring Up The "BLP" Of The Image U Wish To Edit Using The Viewer.

Extract And Convert That To TGA.

Use Your Editing Program (PhotoShop, Paintshop ect) to open the file and edit.

Save The Image

You Can Veiw Your Work Inside The Veiwer On The Model BY:

1. open the "Current File" Menu
2. Click "Remap Textures"
3. Find The Models Current Texture And Click It Then CLick "Change"
4. Choose Your Edited Skin.
5. It Should be viewable

For Step 3 You Must already Have The Units Normal Model On Veiw.

Once Your Skin Is Finnished Convert it To BLP Again To Use In WC3

Anything Else? Id be Happy To Help More If I wasnt Clear Enough!

hmm yeah, the skins are scattered throught textres and creeps and deamons subnenues on the image extractor.. that really helped me look. the deamon hunter is in textures. so is the footman.

Heres how u import:

Gth the war3.mpq file in word or some other document.. i think u get it with the image extractor.. if not then its not to hard to find....
anyway, find the file u want in that under its pathway: E.G: Footman is in textures so the footman texture looks like this:

textures\footman.blp

so once uve found the listing of ur edited model, go into wc3.
Open up import manager (Icon up the top with green arrow pointing at white paper)
click import.
get ur model (Make sure its in blp format!)
double click it.
A popup will come up. check the use custom path box.
paste ur listing in there!
AND UR MODEL IS IN! eabven if it dont show up in the editor, go test map and the skin will work... youll see...

NOW HAVE FUN! skinnin is great, tho ived moved on to greater things, skinning MODELS! (That i make) well! skin away! dosent take long to become pro from there!

If You Ever Cant Find A BLP Because It Doesn't Show On The TreeVeiw Use "Find MPQ" on The Toolbar. This Is Also Effective For Finding Paths For Applying Models Into Your Maps (Importing Them).

I Havent Been On Yesterday So I was Beaten To The Helping Of Importing ;) But I Belive He Explained It Well Enough. Any Troubles, You Know Where To Find Me!

Happy Skinning!
