Looking for a Model

Alright, not sure if this is entirely possible since I have no experience in modeling not to mention none of the stuff required to do it oO. But I would like one done for me and I will repay you in any way I can.

Model/Skin

I want a model of a Plain Captian (Human)
but I want him to have the cape from Sylvanis Windrunner

2 basic attacks. A side to side slash and an up to down swing.

That's just a basic geoset merge. You could do it yourself with some practice and the oinker's geoset merger, or you can get someone else to do it for you.

Rrrr does me no good if I don't have that or know where to get it...u think u could post me a link...

Its a link for a geomerge program lol not for my model...but I can't use it because I dun have 3dmax and according to the program it requires it...so in other words I still need this done :(

it will need works since it needs a reanimated cape, because i'm 99% sure that sylvana have frames than the captain.

Um...from what I understand Spartan I need 3dmax...not paintshop...not to mention the only download I can find for Paintshop is for windows 2000/Xp and I'm packin great ol' 98^^ so I can't use paintshop unless I mysteriously trip over my version I have somewhere....
