How do you add to the list of commands in that action? There is attack, go etc, and a long list of commands like "finger of death," "human peasent repair" ... how do I set that command to be a custom ability? So that the action would read "Unit - Order (Triggering unit) to "custom ability" (Picked unit)" ??? Any help is appreciated. |

I don't think you can except when you edit the WE files. You have to use the orderstring of your custom ability. |

That's easy, just choose the base ability of your custom ability, if your spell is based on frost nova you have to order the unit to "Lich - Frost Nova" for example! |

The problem is that the Ability using this, is using _another_ ability... the main ability is just using the ability I want to specify to damage multiple units... =`( |

Now youre being confusing. The ability you are trying to order to activate has to be based on an original war3 ability, right? So, just order the unit to cast the original ability, and it will automatically cast any ability it has that is based on that original ability. (that's also the reason why a unit can't have multiple abilities based on the same ability: because if it has, then all of those abilities are cast at the same time when the unit is given the order to cast one of them.) |
