Do attack Speed bonuses fully stack?

i need to change the bonus mod a bit and i am wondering if Attack speed bonuses fully stack. I know that spell ability do not fully stack for instance ie.) BL+UF != 115% IAS its something a bit less.

well, there are 2 ways how it could work,

#1 the buffs in adition (115% IAS) on 1 second cooldown that would be 0,425 cooldown after.
#2 the buffs not in addition(no matter what spell cast first) 1 second cooldown > BL first 40% faster > 0.6 seconds cooldown > UF 75% faster > 0,15 seconds cooldown after.

but im taking about item bonuses...

Item attack speed bonus, such as gloves of haste ability DO stack.
