i don't think of a conv but you can use kmk's importer and save as gmax, set things like this k:

static ( )
object...( )
no skinning (x)
all( )

bone rotations on k

sir, look for latest vertion

look for impexpmdx_KMK.zip

them unzip the the .mse or .ms on C:Programfiles\gmax\scripts\

you need tp run it and set option like this:

static ( )
object...( )
no skinning (x)
all ( )

bone rotations (x)

there be sure to use gmax 1.2 otherwise it won't work.

well i dunno if no skinning works, but i do it on static

static doesn't import bones, the main problem of the imp is that it can't render the skin, so it gives the error but if he sets no skinning them it will import every anim and the model.

ppl usually thinks the prob is in the bones and the anims, but no the main problem is to render the tvfaces in mesh, thats way setting must be set as no skinning, to don't skin the mesh.
