HELLP! If anyone has photoshop 6.9 or lower!!

Please! if anyone has photoshop 6.0 or lower, i need a file! after i tried to get a mod for PS (7.0) it has been broken! if anyone has the program, the file i need is called:
Targa

It is located (In the adobe folder) at:
Adobe/photoshop/Plug-Ins/File Formats/Targa

Please help! I need this to open Targa files and without them, i cant skin! HELP!

I would if I still had Winzip to zip it up, the file format cant be posted here

hmm ok thanks anyway.... Ill just wait till next month and get unlimited and "obtain" a new version.. Thanks anyway guys!
