i want it to actually look like an archer! or more like an amazon dressed in scale mail..

Well the chainmail could be a bit see through so you could see the skin in some parts, very small bits of skin though, barely able to see. And the helmy thing on the head looks pretty good!

Oh it looks much better now! But however you should add some war paint like the little circle around her belly button on the face maybe. And change the cloka so it's no team color!
