How to buff a Unit via Trigger? Am i blind?

Hi, im new to this forum, hello everyone!

I played around with the editor a lot lately and doing pretty ok. But i just cant find a way to buff a certain unit via trigger (maybe"bloodlust all units from player red").
Only thing i could find until now is the add ability trigger. But it only allows you to add the skill itself to a unit so the unit can cast bloodlust. But i want only the EFFECTS of bloodlust to be on the target unit.
Anyone knows a trigger for that i didnt find or maybe some workaround?

Spawn a dummy bloodlust caster for each unit you want to apply the spell to then order the dummy units to bloodlust each unit.
