Need Help!!!

I'm not sure if this subject really falls into this category, but I'm assuming it's closely oriented to it. I've played a couple maps and the user interface, the bottom bar with the minimap, unit portrait, unit information, inventory, and commands, has been modified. By modified, I mean like a new skin was created for it. Still don't get what I am talking about? Heres some example maps I've played with this feature: NOTD 2 & Ice Troll Tribes. Ice Troll Tribes has a really nice interface graphically. Anyways, I would highly appreciate it if someone could hook me up with like a link or website with a tutorial or something. Thanks in advance!
