* * *The Crusades* * *

Storyline: If you dont know the crusades thats pretty sad

Goals/Features:

-Dynamic selection of weapons as u move through the map

-6v6 bnet map

-start off as a group of serfs helping thier lord (christians) and group of poor muslim civilians only taken up in arms because they want to protect thier relgion and society, sfx weapons will be added as u gain them but when you collect an item set ( sword, shield (some may not need), boots, gloves, pants, chest.

-spells on hero are choosen by the play by buying ( by doing so your charater learns it) the spells from spiritual people (eg:monks)

-object of the map is to change the future by taking over all the monastaries, forts, castle, and villages

Jobs: Need people who are really interested in not just the map but the actual times to get the most out of the map

-need a triggerer ( i can do most of the triggers just need help with some of the advanced stuff) *part time*

-need a terrainer (could be more than one person)

My Job: ill be doing most of the spell editing but need help on the triggers on the handfull of spells being made via triggers also i will do all the object editing

Anyone who joins are equals and of course can add features and ideas.

Meant for bnet so the imported files are kept to a minimum for downloading purposes so only going for the minimal amount of custom skins/models needed to make it as authentic as possible

ALSO: give some feedback on the idea even if u dont want to join. Adding a poll to see if people like the idea, if it could be improved leave a comment

Trying to keep the number of people on the map down to try to keep it under control and we are all aware of what is happening.

Your very first sentence already made me drop quite a bit of any expectations if any would come. "Storyline: If you dont know the crusades thats pretty sad" not everyone knows this 'The Crusades' like you said, I don't even know what you mean with it. I got a lot more important stuff on my head than just history. And I'm sure a lot of other people got the same thing.

Yes, well, it doesn't sound but... well... hmmm... I do admit, it sounds good, but... I doesn't give the feeling like some other projects. Dunno why, nor does my opinion really matter...

Well.. I don't got any more... things to say. No more advice or what so ever, could be I'm just tired though, because that's why I can't think of most things. Not to mention being hungry as a horse.

hmmmmm intresting idea i think though will it kick with every one else.
hard to tell as the big thing at the moment but worth a try u could try it as an aos type thing were u take castles and vilages.

i think u should join another project first ( even if it is a small one ) just to get some field practise.
