Dead...but not too dead.

In my map one of the quests will be to talk to a mother who cant find her children, she directs you to the area she last saw them playing and all thats there is 3 holes in the ground. In the forest you will encounter a Voractar (corrupt tree of life like) that sees you and then kills the children with his roots. After a good fight collect a nice item and head back to town for reward, you'll get the money from the cheriff but he will say the mother ran out into the woods crying. If you go back to the place where the Voractar was there will be the mothers body and a Knife. When you collect the knife a banshee will arise from the corpse and attack, kill her and she will do a harmless Posession attack on you. And the knife will become Knife of the Broken Soul.

How do you make a dead villager woman that does not decay? There a way to make it a units model and give it Locust ability?

You could use the Unit-Create Permanent Corpse action, or you could give it the locust ability and do Animation-Play units death animation.

I just want to chime and say that's a nice string of events. What kind of project are you working on?

Its a open rpg/rpg. You start out allies and can complete the map together, but rare monster summoning items and lewt give good reason to betray your allies and steal it for your own. It comes with plenty of custom models and one custom song from Lineage 2. It will come with a Bounty Hunter system where if you kill someone your head will be worth money, killing more people increases the bounty. Easier way: Replace with a locust-unit that have Animations - Required animation strings (or whatever it is called) to death

Probably the easiest way is something like Delay Corpse Decay... I don't remember what kind of action that is. Let's look it up in the ol' dictionary:
