Anims needed!

Can someone fix the animations and put a better frostmourne at this guy: http://www.wc3sear.ch/?p=Models&ID=381

and can you just make him a bit more muscular. He looks like an anorectic ^_^ could you make him like on the scourge campaign selection screen with glowing blue eyes and muscles.
