problems while importing custom model

I'm working on my first useful custom unit...
created the model and animated 3 Stand animations...
tried to import it at wc3 after that and it worked...

i created a few new animations now (Stand ready, Attack, Spell, Stand channel, portrait, death, decay flesh, decay bone)
and all of them are shown in wc3 preview without error messages...
but when i try to import the model in a map world editor won't load it...

are there some "usual" mistakes i could have made to get that error?

hope u can help me getting the model to move ingame ;)

i posted the model and the textures as an attachment so u can see my problem...

TIA

er...
its in tga format, convert the texture files to .blp
and max does not import into wc, export it as an .MDX

since the world editor and wc3viewer aren't able to show my .mdx model correct,
i posted the 3dsmax model (.max) and the textures it requires...

.mdx model and .blp textures are attached to this post

don't kill yourself, is normal that wc3 viewer don't recognize it because you exported the model with Art tools, and about WE the textures have no path set the textures with out path, and restart WE that shall do the trick

i finally found out what caused my problems...

somehow the worldeditor seems to have problems with models if u use the "Replace File..." option
after deleting the old snake.mdx and importing the new one everything worked fine...

thx @ anzwhore and Blinkboy
