Anyone have some solutions to these? Not sure how to get around them. 1. There are only 3 item summon skills.(Drake, golem, skeleton). How would you make a new summonable guy, while still leaving the 3 old ones intact? 2. Cinematic mode and letterbox mode both disable keyboard controls. Is there any way to hide the interface without doing this? 3. Is there any way to position text, so for example it appears above a units head, or above an item, etc. ? 4. Any scripters out there have any idea on how to implement two dimensional arrays? 5. Is there any way to give items hero skills? 6. Is there anyway to fit more than 12 buttons into the GUI? (for more hero skills and stuff) 7. How would you go about importing a bmp/gif/jpg/png file and displaying it somewhere on the map, or making the ground of the map look like it? 8. How do you give custom units spell/command icons? 9. Any thoughts on how to get a camera to point straight up at the sky? 10. How do you change item ability tooltips and hotkeys if you give them to units, buildings, etc.? 11. How would you go about creating a new pathing .tga that would block air units? (the reason it must be in a .tga is so I can assign the new pathing tga to a building) 12. How do you give a hero a skill point without putting them up a level? 13. How do you store a Hero's xp in an integer? 14. How do you get higher than level 10 heroes while only altering the map file? 15. How do you give a custom unit the Night Elf (Bear Form) model? (clicking it doesn't work -- it'll revert to night elf form no matter what) 16. Besides multiple actions in fors, ifs, unit groups, etc. does anyone know of a real good use of customtext/JASS? 17. How do you select night elf custom units when doing unit-type comparisons? (it's outside the range of the window, and expanding window doesn't help) |
