Editor the Exports SLK and TXT files?

Hi all,

I have a question about editors:

So far I have been editting my SLK and TXT files by hand. This takes an extremely long time since the files have to changed in so many different places just to make one little change. I want to make my changes global (to all maps). I understand de-synch issues on Bnet etc.

Is there an editor that when I make edits will create the edits in SLK and TXT format, so I can export those edits, then import them into my war3patch.mpq to make the changes global???

The standard WE does not use SLK or TXT files, is there an enhanced editor that does to allow me to export my changes???
