have a metamorphesis based spell that that transforms this dude into a dragon, so his spells must be stronger. So i made a custom version of engineering upgrade that was not a hero ability and came with the metamorphesis to boost his spells. Although it seems a bit buggy as when the hero transforms back. those spells affected by the upgrade are missing and have to be re-learned! is there a way around this or to fix it? |

my advice is to steer clear of engineering upgrade completley. Its a really buggy spell. Most of the tinker spells can be officially called: dodgey. they arent the best to work with because they are suited to the rtinkers needs especially, especially engineering upgrade.... a better way to do it is with triggers and dummy spells.... anyway, to fix it, just trigger it so that ability ended is = to "ur spell" conditions that hero has 1 free spendable point. Action order hero to spend point on ur engineering upgrade. easy, thought it might not work as smothly as just avoiding engineering upgrade altogether. |

engineering upgrade is a real fun spell, i personally love it... but you could use the robo goblin spell, it will give the option to change back and also you can make the new unit already have the new spells i thinks? |
