Guest | Good evening! I need help concerning a matter that should appear simple. I have a single level that I want to make into a campaign using the Campaign Editor. I don't know what I have done wrong, but when I select the level in the Warcraft III main menu, the screen fades out as if to start the level, but instead of the level starting, the screen fades back into the Campaign menu. If you don't understand my problem, could you just please tell me how to make a single level into a campaign using the Campaign Editor. Thanks a lot. - Matt |

Do you mean that you want to make a campaign out of just one map? If so why? Seems useless. |

Well, sir, I am making maps for my friends. As time passes I will add more levels into the Campaign. For now one map is complete. The campaign entrance screen is a cool way of presenting the levels, of course. - Matt |

It is possible to make a campaign out of one map. I have made this test campaign. Check if it's some differens. |

Guest | Well, I don't think you can make the campaign right now with only one map. I suggest making the other maps now, and when you have at least two of them completed, to make a campaign file and then try again. If the problem persists then say so and we'll try to help, otherwise then its problem solved. But apart from that, I recommend finishing all maps first, and THEN making the campaign file. |

Guest | Your campaign works, Sebbe. This is bizarre. Please tell me how I can post my campaign here for download. Or may I send it to your e-mail address? I have no idea what the problem could be... |

Guest | To post it here for download, go to Post Reply > Manage Attachments > Choose your attachment(the campaign file) > Upload > then post the reply and it should be there. |

Guest | Piece of crap doesn't want to upload. Sorry. |

Guest | Did you try to upload it as a Campaign file? If yes and it didn't work then try using WinZip and then uploading it again. Ir works sometimes. |

Guest | Not working, sir. It's about 5 megs, so maybe they aren't allowing it. I think I'm doomed. |

Guest | In this case I really can't help. Sorry |

Guest | Interesting. My second level seems fine when it's made into a campaign, but the first doesn't accept it. Is there anything in a level that could prevent it from being in a Campaign? I do have an imported music file in the level. Could that be killing it? |

Guest | I don't think the custom music is the cause. Plenty of campaigns have custom music and they work just fine. |

Well, if you're concerned about imported files screwing it up, you could try removing them and see what happens. I tend to import all files for a campaign into the campaign itself, and not the individual maps, to save space. |
