Some first skins, what do you think?

Here are some of my first skins, what do you think?
The First one is licker from the Resident Evil game/movie
The second one is eemm, i dont actualy know who she is, i just wanted to make her, she is some kind of an elven hunter or assasin, i duno.
I konw they are not SUPER, but they are my first, and freehanded ^_^

the first one looks like cnp on the mouth. and it looks uber confusing...put more detail into it, and dont just make a skin ONE color.

second one looks cool though. gj on that one.

tip for the future: if youre going to post your skins from the WE, use a light source or dont do it at night. if at all possible, use wc3v to view and show your skins. its much easier.

Well, you are wrong on the cnp, i didnt cnp anything, i only picked the colors and did a mess then shaded it and a little of the blure tool, and vola the licker is done
And i didnt use one color.

And by the way, how do i look at my skins at the wc3v, i can only load the blp :(
well actualy i dont realy need it, wc3v lags a little, i duno why, maby my 3d card is bad or something.

Here are all of the skins i did for now, The first you know, the second archer (front), the abomination is a Mutated Tyrant (he should be wothout the butcher's knifes, from resident evli) and the third one is Nemesis (he should be without the claws, again from resident evli) I'm gana make a resident evil map soon ^_^
Edit: hmmm, maby someone can remove the abomination's knifes and shaman's claws?

I cannot stress the 'USE A FRICKIGN SHARPEN TOOL' comment.
Abomination is wierd.
The i assume orc shaman reskin is fairly likeable. And the um...ghoul..is..pretty...ordinary...one...color....
Keep up in the style of that shaman reskin.

Well, they sopoused to be like that, they are mutants, from resident evil. And btw, the ghould is NOT one color, if you have saw the unwrap, you would be so scaered!!! :o 1

ok reaper...keep this in mind when skinning:

just cause the unwrap looks good doesnt mean the skin is good. it may be stretched in certain parts, and other parts may be compressed. same way with shading. just cuz it looks nicely shaded on the unwrap, doesnt mean it'll be shaded like that on the model. just something to keep in mind...

Yeah, i know that. I mean that ghouls unwrap looks SOOO horrible, but he looks preaty nice in game ^_^ i had that problem with the nemesis skin, MAN he was like smiling the first time he had like an "EVLI SMILE"

Hmmm, maby some of you want to know what are these "Nemesis, Licker, Tyrant"? I can post pics if you want (or maby some inforamation)

Let me give ya a practical example of flames's post.
Look at the unwrap of this orc.
It does not look like that ingame. Let alone inside wc3v.
