HELP!!! How do you create and import custom spells?

Can someone please tell me how to make custom spells?...Not the ones in WE. The ones that you download, that are actually CREATED and looks really cool. And why is there no tutorial on creating or importing custom spells on this site? Is there a special program you download to make custom spells?

Stop spamming threads, I think you should delete your other three threads before moderators have to do it! And there's also no "Perfect-Easy-Spell-Making-Program", you have to code your spells by your own in the trigger editor/by hand in jass!
