Walkthrough

Well i hope its alright with you Dark, but I think this game is so great, it deserves its own Walkthrough for people who just get stuck. I have just started, but as i go through your game ill update. This is free for anyone to post sections of how they did the walkthrough. If there is anything i get wrong, please post a correction and i'll edit it. Now, im not too far still, but on my next post i will start the walkthrough.

Prologue-Dalharn Forest

You start off being chased by a band of rogues, led by a demon hunter based skinned man. The troop runs right into a trap, and Hodric (the captain) steps up to defend the pricess.
First Battle- Soldiers
These are random mercenaries. Easily attack them and just dispatch them

Now the leader of the group comes up and taunts you.
Boss Battle- "Rogue"
This is an easy battle, since no matter what, you loose. Just fight him, charge attacks if you wish, listening to his petty insults the whole time. After a few attacks, he will say it is time to "end this". He proceeds to cast a uber spell, and kick your ass. Well. Now you have one life, GREAT.

So you have failed to protect the princess, and dead soldiers lie everywhere. The Rogues capture the Princess, and it fades to black. The following is a cut-scene in which an old man stumbles upon the wreckage, and finds only Captain Hodric alive.

Dallharn Castle

You start looking at poor Captain hodric lying (face down) on his bed. (Nice bed model btw.) Some ladies are worrying over him. Then it cuts to a scene in which the King is worrying about his daughter, and on the brink of war with another county. Darn Mercenaries! Enter Kelv , the warrior palidin. The king assigns him to acess the situation, and find his daughter. Then a lady rushes in and says Hodric is walking around. Well time for your sluething.
To get to Hodric is simple, just go south for a while. He should be to the left of the library. Talk to anyone you wish on the way down, but none of them are too important. (To talk, wait till they are selected with the fire symbol, then press ESC. Keep pressing ESC when you are done reading.) When you find Hodric, he says its time to see Lothar, the old man who found him on the battlefield. Now its time to go out and look for the Princess!

The City of Dallharn

After exiting the castle (just go downstairs, and out the door pointed out with the arrow) simply wander the town. Check out the shops, see some of the people (make sure to check out the drunkards outside the tavern). You start with 600 Gils (assuming you check the chest in Hodrics room). This is good for a few items
Survival items
-First make sure you check the armory (the blacksmith) and pick up a few weapons
-1 broadsword
-1 sword (I find buying 2 of one item, just makes it so you cant equip both on 2 people, BUGGORZ?)
Then head over too the market (market model, right outside castle)
-Buy a few Potions, you will need them for the many fights you will encounter soon
Now if you have any spare gold, simply go back to the armory and get some armor if you can.

Then head to the easter part of the city and leave through the gate. Make sure you are ready first though

Dalharn Forest
This is quick, just go down and you will find yourself in the farmland in no time.

Dalharn Farmland
This is the small farmland outside of town. There are a few people in this area, and a good shop Head south when your ready, and into the last house (Of course you could go east and then south, but dont be retarded.). You will go to a cutscene cinematic. Lots of talking, Just says it was a set up. Now its time to re-enter the woods, and head towards the next kingdom (hopefully to the princess).

Dalharn Forest

You want to head towards the north, to the cave. There are items scattered in treasure chests all around this area. Make sure you check them if you come upon them. (It might be a good idea to have a few extra pots for no extra cost). The only problem here is the constant battles
Monster Guide
-Spiders
+These are easy to defeat, weak mosters. A good sword swipe or two will take them out easily
-Troll (Staff)
+These dudes are easy, never doing very much damage to you. Dont worry about these guys, they arent too much of a threat
-Troll (Axe Thrower)
+These are a pain. Kill them first if you must. They do the most damage, and have the most life in this level. Take them out as soon as possible! If you get too damaged don't be embarrased to use a good potion.

Caves

Monster Guide
Spiders (Purple)
+These guys are a pain, make sure you take them out pretty quick. They do pretty high damage, but move pretty slowly
Kobold (Small)
+Dont quite worry about these guys, for this cave, they are the easiest monster to kill
Kobold (Purple)
+They are a stronger version than the normal kobald, kill em pretty quick, cuz they have upped life and damage

This cave is still a mystery to me. The idea here is to open the gate. You find that 5 switches must be triggered, and you must step on a switch to open the gate. So far i am unable to find out how to trigger the levers in the correct order, so if anyone wants to fill in what to do next, it would be a huge help!

I am stuck in these damn caves too but I don't realize how to get to the levers... I might be able to do it but... anyways is it where you fight the lizard?

There is another entrance to the cave from Darhan forest that will get you to the levers

I was playing this rpg and I beat the 2 boss's that you fight when you step on the platform to unlock the gate. I beat the 2 boss's and the gate opened then I left the cave to explore this one part of the map I havent explored. Then I went back into the cave and the gates were'nt open and I couldnt fight the boss's again is there any other way I could get through the gate?

Will the levers help?

If you ever find the code to the levers please tell me.

same thing happened to me, i beated the 2 golems then i went to buy pots at the village and then the doors where closed again and im stuck :( i guess i have to start again and lose my lvl 14 heros. btw sorry my english :P

I had a lvl 27 heroes :(
I have thought about starting over but I'd first want to see a update or patch to fix this.

Hey im stuck at the levers wats the correct pattern?i might find out just doin them random but w/e i infact my continue sum of the walk through myself if CCrew doesnt(by the way thanks CCrew alot i got stuck on the castle cause i didnt kno where to get out :-P)by the way the lizard u go into the mountains in the mountains to the top left where a cave is(cant go to the cave in darhall forest yet)go into the cave and go left then go up a bit but keep goin left till theres a path down go down then right cinematic of them both not liknin the area there in with a view like the monsters watching them then the monster attacks there u go get the black belt then go back to town(or whereever u want)get pots maybe sum armor if u didnt get all ur armor at first then go to the place in the forest right b4 u go into the mountains go up insted of goin to the mountains and theres ur lever part

So i believe this maybe the answer !NO! i kno this is the answer only 3 levers and they have to equal eleven sounds about right post if it works out

I just did the 2+4+5 and it worked!i have succesfully opened the doors now more walk through past the levers:after the levers go into the door and...To Be Continued Wtf!?..grrr....
